Meet The Team

Founder & CEO
Aaron Sebastian (he/they)
A Las Vegas high school senior, Aaron's interests in public advocacy and policymaking were put to use after he discovered some of his closest family and friends had undergone domestic violence & human trafficking. As acting CEO since 2022, he's helped pass legislation, meet with community partners, and work with local agencies. He hopes to continue TAT's work across the world, and truly combat the uphill battle of sex trafficking and domestic violence by creating supportive, restorative spaces.

Chief Operation Officer
Devon Sajin (she/her)
Devon, a senior from Henderson, NV, serves as the Chief Operating Officer. Focusing on awareness campaigns and community organizing, she wanted to combine her interests in advocacy and human rights to enact change with TAT. She's helped the organization partner with local charities, and at the end of the day, hopes to create a safer world free from fear.

Director of Operations
El Strope (she/her)
El, a junior from Summerlin, Nevada, devotes her efforts to TAT after recognizing the local presence of trafficking. Inspired by her friends and family dedicated to the cause, she hopes to combat trafficking and domestic violence, hoping to carry this into a career in public service. In Operations, she wants to work alongside and support victims of human trafficking to create safer communities for all.

Director of Outreach
Sabdy Cordon (they/them)
Sabdy Cordon, a college freshman at UNLV, worked with TAT in high school, and now hopes to expand its impact to young adults. Through Outreach, they have organized Conferences and marathons, connecting all public and private sectors to the organization's mission and goals. By working alongside community partners, Sabdy hopes to establish a restorative cycle of justice that breaks the cycle of violence.

Communications Director
Olivia Gnakadja (she/her)
Olivia, a high school junior, found herself advocating with TAT in her journey with public service. Using her skills in design, she educates and raises awareness by managing social media and public outreach. Her culminating efforts are in curriculum development and community organizing, and she hopes to act as a bridge to create welcoming spaces for others to advocate, and to unite community partners under a stirring cause.

Financial Director
Senny Huang (she/her)
Senny Huang, a high school junior, explored the economic factors contributing to domestic violence and human trafficking, and with her interests in business, joined TAT. She's coordinated donation drives and fundraisers, from product drives to International Human Trafficking day relief funds. Her efforts have raised over $5,000 for the organization, and she wants to continue supporting survivors achieve independence.
